Drivetrack Terms of Service
Welcome to Drivetrack, a software-as-a-service platform operated by Drivetrack, designed for businesses managing vehicle collection and delivery logistics.
By subscribing to or accessing Drivetrack, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
Drivetrack is intended solely for business use. You represent and warrant that you are using this platform on behalf of a business, company, or sole trader operating in a commercial capacity.
2. Account Registration
To use Drivetrack, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may also authorise employees or drivers to access your account. You are fully responsible for their use of the platform.
3. Services Provided
Drivetrack provides access to the following services:
- Vehicle collection & delivery management
- Driver billing & invoicing
- Driver GPS tracking
- Job status updates
- Photo/signature collection
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
4. Subscription & Billing
Drivetrack operates on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are invoiced monthly and payable in advance. Promotional free trials may be offered at our discretion. Once the trial ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan unless cancelled. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
Each customer's data is hosted in a dedicated Google Firebase instance, provisioned and managed by us as part of your subscription.
- You retain ownership of all data uploaded or generated in your account.
- We act as a data processor, and you are the data controller under GDPR.
- We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
- Data is stored securely and managed according to industry standards.

6. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Drivetrack
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorised purposes
- Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt service integrity
7. Availability & Support
Drivetrack is hosted on third-party infrastructure (e.g., Google Firebase, Vercel). While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. In case of service disruption, we will take all reasonable steps to restore functionality promptly.
8. Third-Party Services
Drivetrack integrates with services including, but not limited to:
- Google Maps APIs
- Firebase Hosting, Firestore, Authentication
- Vercel infrastructure
We are not liable for limitations, downtime, or data loss resulting from these services.
9. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or if payment is not received.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Drivetrack is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drivetrack, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or via the platform. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
